Life, Executive and Relationship Coaching

We all need support to change and grow in our lives. I practice an innovative and powerful approach called social therapeutics that quickly moves clients out of feeling stuck, and into experiencing their emotional growth. If you are ready to make a serious commitment to new life possibilities, please reach out for a free 20-minute consultation.

With couples (and non-traditional partnerings), we work together to identify and support what the relationship needs. I help you get closer even as you are deciding to continue together or to separate or redefine what you are doing together.

I work with family members—as a group—through loss, divorce, mental and physical illness, abuse, trauma and spectrum disorders by asking “Who is on the side of the family?”. Together we create a new play together that breaks out of societal scripts and generational patterns. Siblings, adult children and parents, nuclear and alternative families seeking new tools for growth choose social therapeutic coaches.

My practice has moved exclusively online, so I can work with you wherever you are.

My clientele is multiracial, multi-class, multi-gender and international.

GROUP COACHING

Life Development Group

6-WEEK SERIES

I run ongoing, virtual weekly groups of 4-10 people, which are by invitation only. This 6-week Life Development Group is open to everyone and includes two 50-minute individual sessions with me.

What my clients love about the group experience is the immediate sense of community. Together we build the supportive environment needed for members to take emotional risks with each other. By learning how to give and create with what is going on for you in the moment, you will discover new possibilities for yourself and the group.

Who is this for?

  • People who want support in going through a difficult time in their life

  • Those who want to supplement individual therapy with real-time practice in an accepting environment

  • People looking to add emotional skills to use at work, with a spouse, partner, friends and family

  • Seekers of evidence-based alternatives to traditional therapy

  • “Raquell and Carrie invite us to give our emotional responses to each other as we create a conversation together. It’s uncomfortable, yes. And incredibly intimate and hopeful.”

    — Karen

  • “As guided by Carrie, the group feels safe, in the sense that whatever comes up, we approach it together and with compassion; we grow.”

    – Lisa

  • “Carrie helped my spouse and I hear each other. We discovered we could get creative in finding ways to honor our relationship and experience work stress at the same time. We didn’t have to put one thing on hold for the other.”

    – Taylor

  • “Something transformed when I shared my imposter syndrome experiences. The group saw me as much bigger in the world than I saw myself. I am way more confident in my business interactions now.”
