Struggling with Connection?

Are you or someone in your life (18-35 years) experiencing feelings of isolation? The social and emotional disconnection of the Covid years are still with us.

Join us at LivenUp, a group hangout for social growth and combating loneliness.

In eight sessions, you will build up your skills to relate socially and emotionally with the people already in your life as well as build relationships with new people. This online group for young adults aged 18-35 combines learning, engaging activities and opportunities to practice new ways of speaking and interaction.

We all need others to support us through the tough spots in life. Steffany Kroeger, LPC, LMHC and America’s Loneliness Coach Carrie Sackett, MS, PCC, have teamed up to offer you the most advanced tools for social learning and growth. Topics you’ll get help with:

  • STARTING A CONVERSATION

  • WORRYING ABOUT WHAT THE OTHER PERSON IS THINKING

  • SAYING HOW YOU’RE FEELING

  • HAVING AN UNCOMFORTABLE CONVERSATION

The group workshop structure incorporates teachings, interactive exercises for practicing new skills and experiential integration of learnings into your daily life.

* This innovative approach is not classified as therapy. If you feel you need therapy please contact a medical provider.
